Q. Can I change the currency under my company details in the Livn Portal? A. Yes, but you will not be able to change it yourself as the currency is dependable on the Country you select. Please contact us at tickets@respax.com for this request so we can reach out to our vendor Prioticket to have this arranged for you.

Q. Can I have peak and off-peak prices for my products? A. Yes, but as per GTTD Policies, the price in the Livn Portal and the price displayed on your website site should be easily identifiable, and available within 30 days of the user query. Prices that are hard to discover, unavailable for booking within the next 30 days, or have generally restricted availability, are not allowed.

Q. If I create multiple products that are identical, but each product has a different content language, ie, English, Japanese, Dutch will they all appear on google? A. Possibly, so long as the pricing is not identical. Google Claim that both products may appear simultaneously for certain currencies and locations if there's a slightly pricing conversion between them occurs.
