Overview

Before using RON, operators need to be mapped to the RON database. For this to happen, a request needs to be sent In the Training Environment, all Operators' Respax Training Databases are fully available without restriction.

Before an APi Developer (Agent) can use the LIVE RON environment, the Agent needs to send a Request to each operator requesting a login to the their ResPax database.

This is normally done after the API has been tested completely in the Training Environment. This tutorial will go through requesting a login.  

Requesting a Login to an Operator 

Connect to RON Administrator Logon and Log in .         using your assigned User Name and Password.

2.  Click on Operator in the Main Menu...

In the first Tab a list of all Operators available on RON are shown.    Click on the Operator to show their available Products on RON.

Under the Login Maps tab the Operators are shown again.

  If they have a red cross beside them this indicates that mapping has not been requested and/or approved for this Operator.  If they have a green tick this indicates that mapping has been approved

Click Request next to the desired operator and an email with the company details will be sent as a request.   ResPax will also get a copy of the request.   

When the Operator approves the Mapping Request, the Agent is advised via email, and the Agent can then read in the Tour Details etc via their API Integrated Application
