ResPax Quote Form (released 2023) allows for OBE authenticated users to submit a quote request and RBE Admin users to accept the quote, and convert into a Booking. Quotes are independent of the Operators inventory. The do not take availability or prices, and can be scheduled for any date and any time and price.
The ‘Other’ activity is available by default, and suitable for unexpectedly phone call quotes, where no other current activity is suitable. This document will help you configure tours in your system to be bookable as a quote.

In addition to the ‘always available’ Other Activity, the The Quote form has two mandatory selections to filter down the activity list. Together the This filters tours by Area and Address lookups . Together they filter the location and list only the activities that match and are Quotable.

Prerequisites(Quick Ref Add Area and Address and Quotable to a Tour
(Navigation : Tours / Tour Maintenance / [Tourcode] / Advanced / Options)
To add a tour to the quotes list of activities, it must belong to an Area and an Address and be Quotable.
All 3 of these prerequisites are configured on the Advanced tab in Tour Maintenance.
On the Tour Location Card
Select Area from the type-ahead/dropdown list
Select Address from the type-ahead/dropdown list.
