1. From System Settings menu, select Promo Codes

2. 

   Click Add New Promo Code

   

Promo Details

1. Select Promo Details tab

   

2. Add Code

3. Add Name

4. Add Description

5. Add Web Comment

6. Add Terms and Conditions

7. Add Order

8. Click Enable or Disable Date Check

9. Add Tour Date From

10. Add Tour Date To

11. Click Enabled, Web Enabled, and/or Smart Rule

12. Click Save

Rules

1. Select Rules tab

2. Select the Add Criteria button

   

3. Select one item from the first Criteria dropdown

4. 

5. Select one item from the second Criteria dropdown

   

6. In the third field, type in a value to be checked, that matches the type of items from the first dropdown.
   Step 2 (Add Criteria) can be repeated to add additional criteria that use “AND” not “OR”

   

7. Select one or more actions to apply to the booking and click Save
