Add Resources Lookup

Lookups are lists created and maintained by a Staff User.
Once created, they can be used as type-ahead and dropdown lists throughout ResPax booking forms and maintenance screens.
The Resource Type and Resource Sub Type list comes empty by default.
A Staff User can add custom data to the list.

Instructions

Step-by-step guide to adding Resource Type and Resource Sub Type Lookups

(Navigation : Settings / Lookups / Resource Types / Tab)

  1. From the main menu, click Settings

  2. Click the Lookups menu

  3. Select the Resource Types tab

  4. To add a Resource Type, click on the Add Resource Type button

  5. Add Name and click on the Save button (mandatory)

Resource Sub Types

  1. Select the Resource Sub Types tab

  2. To add a Resource Sub Type, click on the Add Resource Sub Type button

  3. Add Name (mandatory)
    Choose the parent (Resource type) from the dropdown list
    Click Save

4. The List view of Resource Sub Types can be searched and sorted
A Resource Sub Type can be edited.
A Resource Sub Type cannot be deleted if it is currently assigned to a Sub Location Lookup.

Currently (March 2023) there is no user interface to link Resources to sub locations
