Securepay Terms and Conditions

When setting up Securepay, you may be asked to provide a URL to confirm all the required terms and conditions and privacy policy are in place.
Below is a guide to help you set up the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
In ResPax you will need to add the terms and conditions against the organisation that is used for web bookings. (Usually this is WEBPROFILE)
Maintenance > Edit/Add Organisations
Select WEBPROFILE or organisation that is being used for Web Bookings
Terms and Conditions tab
We recommend adding the General Terms and Conditions, Secure Transactions and Contact information. Be sure to fill in the fields that need your contact information.
In Resweb+ you need to select the terms and conditions to show on the booking process.
In Settings > Application Options > Terms and Conditions, you need to choose Booking Agent to show the WEBPROFILE terms and conditions.
