Stop Sell Credit Status

Setting an organisations credit status to Stop Sell will mean that a Warning Pop-up message will display whenever a booking is creating against the selected organisation in RBE. The Pop-up message is intended to remind staff that bookings should not be created against the selected Agent Organisation without collecting payment in advance.

Note:

  • The Pop-up message will only display in RBE, it will not work on the OBE.

  • The Pop-up message is only a reminder to staff, it will not automatically block the booking.

Instructions

 

Step 1.

Go to Settings - Organisations and select the organisation you wish to edit.

Step 2.

Select the Financials Tab and then select the edit button (Pencil Icon) under the Owner Title

Step 3.

Click on the arrows under Credit Status and select Stop Sell (from the dropdown list) and then press the Save button

 

 

Result

When creating a booking against this organisation the Warning pop-up message will appear in the top right-hand side of the screen.
