User Groups Permissions
This article will provide details about each section included in the User Groups and related options.
Setup

Tours
The permissions applied on this card are still in the development phase.
Tools
Lookups - Enabling this option allows access to the Settings > Lookups menu will be available for editing.
The Lookups permission applied on this option is still in the development phase.
Third Party Apps - Enabling this option allows access to the Tools > Third Party Apps menu, where they can manage waivers and other third party apps connected with ResPax.
Finance
Financial Archive - Enabling this option allows access to the Tools > Financials > Xero tab, where booking financial statuses can be exported to Xero.
Edit Archive / Unarchive - Enabling this option allows access to the Tools > Financials > Unarchive tab, where bookings can be unarchived.
Edit GL Codes - Enabling this option allows access to the Tools > Financials > GL Codes tab, where GL Codes applied for Tours can be managed.
Edit Financial Settings - Enabling this option allows access to the Tools > Financials > Financial Settings tab, where Merchant Accounts and Payment Gateways can be managed.
Edit Payment Options - Enabling this option allows access to the Tools > Financials > Payment Options tab, where payment options can be configured based on the role and credit status.
Bookings
Edit Manual Other Charges - Enabling this option grants access to the Manual Other Charges field in the booking form, allowing to adjust the booking price.
Connect
Edit Templates - Enabling this option means that the user can add/edit a template created for Guest Connect in Guests > Connect > Templates. The user can also add/edit a template from the Send Comms page which this permission is also applied.
Edit Scheduler - Enabling this option means that the user can add/edit a schedule email created for Guest Connect in Guests > Connect > Scheduler.
Edit Lookups - Enabling this option means that the user can add/edit a lookup sender used as from email for Guest Connect in Guests > Connect > Lookups > Senders.
POS
Edit POS Locations - Enabling this option means that the user can add/edit a POS location in Tours > Locations > POS Locations.
Edit POS Tills - Enabling this option means that the user can add/edit a POS Tills according to the location in Tours > Locations > POS Tills.
Enable/Disable POS Tills - Enabling this option prompts users at login to select a location and till.
Group Membership
Group Name - This lookup filter controls the visibility of tours in the Tour and Booking sections. The available options are created under Settings > Users & Groups > Lookups > Group Names.
Sub Group Name - This lookup filter provides more granular control over the visibility of tours in the Tour and Booking sections. The available options are created under Settings > Users & Groups > Lookups > Sub Group Names.
Select all Group Names - This option is enabled by default, allowing all Group Names to be available for this group. To specify a particular Group Name, disable this option and manually add the desired Group Name in the Group Name field.
Select all Sub Group Names - This option is enabled by default, allowing all Sub Group Names to be available for this group. To specify a particular Sub Group Name, disable this option and manually add the desired Sub Group Name in the Sub Group Name field.
