GST Matrix

Overview

Lookups are lists created and maintained by a Staff User. Once created, they can be used as type-ahead and dropdown lists throughout ResPax booking forms and maintenance screens.

 

Important Note: Bookings cannot be made in ResPax without a valid GST set.
If there is no GST for your country, then you must set a GST Matrix range of 0% instead of leaving the GST list empty.

Navigating GST Matrix

Add GST Matrix

  1. From the Main Menu click on Settings > Lookups> GST Matrix

  1. To add a GST Matrix, click on the Add GST Range Button

  1. Add the ‘From Date’, ‘To Date’ and ‘GST percentage’ value between 0 and 100 (these are required fields). The ‘Financial Entity’ is optional. Select the Save Button to proceed.

  1. The list will now populate with the new GST Range that has been added.

Filters

  1. By default, the ‘Hide expired’ checkbox is ticked so GST Matrixes for past dates will not be shown in the List View. Deselecting the checkbox will show all dates.

  1. To view the existing GST Matrixes for a specific Financial Entity, choose the ‘Financial Entity Name' (optional) from the dropdown list, filter the from date - to date range (optional), and then click on the Apply Filters Button.
