Update an Organisation

Summary

Setup Your Agent : street address, postal address, agent type and category, fax, default pickup, origin, ABN, payment terms, T&C's, logo, parent organisation, sales rep, currencies, and pop message.

Instructions

How to set up the remainder of the Organisation details ( optional ).

Requires that the first HOWTO is already completed ‘Add New Organisation’ that saves the first 6 mandatory fields

  1. From the Organisations Menu, select Add New Organisation
    Org Details tab

  2. Add Street Address and Postal Address details

  3. Add ABN and website

  4. Add contact details ; phone, and email

  5. Select a country of origin (if the organisation is an agent)

  6. Select a default pickup location if applicable

Requires <<Pickup locations >>to be already created before associating a Pickup to an organisation

Update the above text to link <<Pickup locations >>to the \Tours\Locations\howto once it is created and then delete this banner

Agent Spec Tab

  1. Select a Sales Rep (if the organisation is an agent)

  2. Select an Agent Category from the drop down list

  3. Select an Agent Type from the drop down list

  4. Add an Organisation Group (this is a free type field, not a drop down list)

  5. Add a Parent Organisation (if the organisation is a branch office or reseller of an agent)

Advanced Tab

  1. Add the organisations' Terms and Conditions

  2. Add a pop-up message

  3. Add Branch offices

Attachments Tab

  1. Add the organisation's logo

Payment Integration

  1. Select a default prepayment integration (if the organisation is an agent)
