Comms Log

Overview

The Comms Log maintains a record of both emails and SMS messages sent through the Send Comms function and those triggered by the Scheduler.

Instructions

  1. From the main menu, Click Guests > Connect.

  2. Click on the “Comms Log” tab.

  3. In the search bar, the ‘From’ date and ‘To’ date will have today's date set as default.

The log will display all messages sent today by default.

  1. Click on the Calendar to edit the “From” and “To” date range. After selecting a date range, click on Apply Filters.

  1. Click in the search by Email/Mobile field to find an Email or SMS notification and then select the Apply Filters button.

  1. To filter by Email or SMS, click on the ‘All Types’ field, choose the desired type, and then click the Apply Filters button.

The “Clear All” button will reset the search results and clear the search criteria including todays single date range.

  1. From the log, the user can review a sent message by selecting Preview or resend a message by selecting Resend.

  • Below is an example of a PREVIEW for the email template.

 

  • In RESEND mode, you cannot change the message type (e.g., from SMS to Email) or add a new template. Additionally, the Criteria panel and content fields will be disabled, preventing any modifications in this mode.
