Instructions
From the Main Menu click on Tours>Tour Maintenance and click on a tour.
Click Advanced and switch on the ‘Quotable’ toggle switch to enable
To add a tour to the quotes list of activities, it must belong to an Area and an Address.
Click in the Area and Address field to select from the dropdown lists the selections.
Note: If the Area and Address Lookups are empty, then a lookup will need to be created. See below instructions to create a lookup.
To create a lookup from the Main Menu go to Tours>Locations>Shared Locations Tab>Add Shared Location
Enter a Name for your ‘lookup’ and select a country from the drop down list, but fields are required. Ensure the ‘Enabled switch’ is turned on, and select the Save button.
