4. Add City/Suburb

1. or add Post Code
   These are referenced from the Suburbs Lookup. If you choose a suburb, it will also save the postcode.
   If you choose a postcode, it will also save the Suburb

2. Add Phone

3. Add Comments

4. Select Enabled accordingly

5. Click Save
