In your RDS you already have an RDS user (default RDS user). It should be (OrgID)_1@ad.respax.com or (OrgID)_2@ad.respax.com
For example, if your OrgID is DEMO
Demomost instances, Remote Desktop will already display your default user. The user ID is normally your OrgID_1@ad.respax.com user is the default userDemo_2@ad.respax. com user is the backup user

If you have an issue with your default ResPax Remote Desktop user. Please use a backup ResPax Remote Desktop user with a Remote Desktop login 6. When launching the ResPax Desktop app the first time using the backup user, the system will prompt to have the password re-entered. Please ensure to tick the Remember me box.
