From the Main Menu click on Dashboard.

  • Tour Code is where the tours will display

  • (Click on Tour Code to sort the tours by alphabetical order or in reverse)

  • When the tour is sold out (no availability), the icon has a red background.

  • When the tour has 5 or less seats remaining, the icon has an orange background

  • When the tour has more than 5 seats remaining, the icon has a green background

Accommodations UDF resources are not displayed in visible from the Dashboard. If a tour has User Defined Passenger availability set to "Separate Availability, this is a feature coming soon" you will need to view this information on the Tour Availability tab within Tour Maintenance for that specific tour.
