Q. Will the Price Currency that I set in the Livn Portal for my products be the same price currency for the general public when they are searching on google from different parts of the world? A. No, the price currency is automatically converted based on the persons Geographic location from where they are searching from. E.g. If you set the product in the Livn Portal to £GBP (Pounds), but the public are searching this product in Australia, the products will show in $AU.
Q. Why is product not showing on google? A. There could be a number of different reasons so its best to contact us at tickets@respax.com so we can check for you. However, here is a list of most common reasons why which you can check first:
None of the related POIs is eligible for the program
Missing related POI with an admission
Price policy not followed
Price is higher on booking page
Price unavailable for booking within the next 30 days
Missing categories
This one occurs frequently, it does not prevent the product from being live on google but by ensuring you have the correct google categories will mean greater query matching.
