Configure a Tour for Quote Form

Overview

For a Quote to work there are a few important configuration steps that first need to be initiated in RBE.

• Configure the tour(s) you want to be “Quotable”

• Create a “Shared Location” and “Sub Location” for the tour(s)

• Link the “Shared Location” and “Sub Location” to the tour(s)

Instructions

1. From the Main Menu click on Tours>Tour Maintenance and click on a tour.

2. Click Advanced and select the Quotable toggle switch to enable.

3. Create a shared location and sub location. From the Main Menu go to Tours > Locations > Shared Locations Tab and select the + Add Shared Location button

4. Enter a Name and select a country from the drop down list, both fields are required. Ensure the ‘Enabled switch’ is turned on, and select the Save button.

5. Click on the Sub Location tab then select the Add Sub-Location button.

6. Give the Sub Location a name (required) and from the dropdown list for Shared Locations select accordingly (also required).

7. To link the Shared Location and Sub Location click in the tour and select the Advanced Button tab.
   Click in the Area and Address field to select the Shared location and Sub Location that has been created. Click on the Save Button.
