Start a new booking for a customer
In RBE, click on New Booking from the main menu

On the Booking Details card, enter the gift code into the Gift Reference field.
the gift code is a 12 character code beginning with GC. Include the GC when entering the code.
Exit the field (press tab or click out with mouse)
The form will check to see if the code is valid (or redeemed, or cancelled, or expired or does not exist)
If successful, the purchased Tour Code, Basis, Subbasis, Pax Types and Pax Numbers, todays Date and the default Tour time will be pre-filled into the booking form
The Basis and Subbasis are greyed out (disabled) and cannot be changed
