Users =: A User Login can be created so an individual can login to the Repax System. The role of the user can vary, but could be one of the roles as listed below.

Role Definitions Agent = user with a username and password to book online in ResWeb, OBE and for user mappings for RON OTA's.
Staff = Reservations Users and Tour Maintainers.
Operator = 3rd party access to maintain resources only for tours operated by them.
Crew = non Reservations staff such as Drivers and guides that need access to Manifests, check-in, boarding, but no access to change bookings and tours.
Public = used for public direct bookings, tied to sites, to display correct RRP prices, and track web bookings.

Groups = : Within User Groups are the permissions the group has access to.
