If you have multiple Tour Categories, you can reorder the list as you see fit. Within the expanded Tour Category, select the hamburger icon to drag and drop any tour (vertically) to reorder the tour. The tours at the top of the list will be displayed first on the OBE tour list
Notice how I have dragged Breakfast at the top and is now arranged in Alphabetical order.
