Info

Users: A User Login can be Added so an individual can login to You can add a user login to allow individuals to access the Repax System. The role of the user can vary, but could be one of the roles as Users can have different roles, which may include any of those listed below. Once created, they can be used these user logins will appear as type-ahead and dropdown lists options throughout ResPax Repax booking forms and maintenance screens.

Role Definitions

Agent = user A User with a username and password to who can book online in through ResWeb, OBE and for user mappings for RON OTA's.
Staff = Reservations Users and Tour Maintainers.who handle reservations and maintain tour details
Operator = 3rd party access to maintain resources only for tours operated by themA third-party user who has access solely to manage resources for tours they operate.
Crew = Non Reservations -reservation staff, such as Drivers drivers and guides that , who need access to Manifestsmanifests, check-in, and boarding, but no access to change do not have permissions to modify bookings and tours.
Public = used Used for direct public direct bookings, tied to sites, associated with websites to display correct accurate RRP prices , and track web-based bookings.

Groups: Users can also be assigned to a Group. Groups have different permissions that will differ depending on which group the user is assigned to. The Group list comes with 6 Groups by default. Some examples include the below. You can also create your own group list and customized the permissions as you wish.
