Send Comms - send one-off emails or SMS to guest(s), or prefill using a saved template
Templates - Create and save email and SMS templates for use in bulk communications and scheduled communications
Scheduler - create and save an email or SMS task to be action by matching a specific criteria
Comms Log - list, preview and resend previous SMS and emails that were manually sent or trigger by an application event
Schedule Log - list the history of scheduled SMS and emails sent because of a matched schedule criteria
Lookup Senders - create and save the list of authorised email addresses (and names) that can be used as a SENDER for manual and scheduled tasks

From the main menu, click Guests
Click the Connect menu
Schedule Log
Select the Schedule Log tab
The Schedule log shows the latest run scheduled tasks.
Tasks are executed every 15 minutes and , which check all Schedules for any messages that can be sent and then lists the results here are listed in the Schedule log with how many messages were sent.
Examples
At 0938 the scheduled job was checked and the criteria did not match any bookings.
At 0944, the same scheduled job was checked and matched the criteria so sent the message (of type email) to 1 recipientTo Review or Resend the message, there are detailed instructions provided in the Comms Log documentation and summarised below
From the log, find the message
Select Preview to review the message or
Select Resend to resend the message
