Add Tour Availability
Click the '+' symbol on the date where you want to add availability

Time and Date are greyed out, but can be modified from Tour Maintenance /wiki/spaces/HOWTO/pages/1372749844
Staff Expiry and Web Expiry are optional fields and are set to 0 by default.
Internal Availability Message and Public Availability Message are also optional fields. To learn more about what they mean click /wiki/spaces/HOWTO/pages/1372749844.
The User Defined Pax Type Availability section will only be displayed if the tour code has a separate availability specifically configured for the UDF passenger type.
