Manage Tour Availability

Instructions

Add Tour Availability

 

  1. Click the '+' symbol on the date where you want to add availability

  • The'+' symbol next to the tour means there is no current availability set for that date

  • You can only set availability by selecting the '+' symbol for each individual day; to apply availability across a specific date range you can only action this under tour maintenance, click here to learn how.

  1. Enter the maximum number of passengers for the tour in the 'Max Pax' field, then click Save.

  • Time and Date are greyed out, but can be modified from Tour Maintenance

  • Staff Expiry and Web Expiry are optional fields and are set to 0 by default.

  • Internal Availability Message and Public Availability Message are also optional fields. To learn more about what they mean click here.

  • The User Defined Pax Type Availability section will only be displayed if the tour code has a separate availability specifically configured for the UDF passenger type.

  1. The availability for the tour has now been set.

Instructions to Edit Tour Availability

  1. Click on the number next to the image-20240815-053013.png symbol to edit the availability.

When you hover your cursor over the number, a popup displaying "Change Availability" will appear.

Ensure that the Max Pax value is greater than the Booked number.
