Overview
The Guest List feature enables you to set up logins for passengers (guests) to access the Online Booking Engine (OBE). Following these steps diligently ensures the accurate and efficient addition of guests within the ResPax Web Application, contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced guest experiences.
Instructions
Add New Guest
From the Main Menu, select Guests>Guest List
Fill out the required fills in from the Guest Details section, then click the Save button.
The toggle switch for “User is Protected” will now be enabled by default.
To create a Username, turn off the toggle switch, enter the username and then turn on (enable) the toggle switch again to protect the username from being changed. Click the Save button.
The Username requires Lowercase letters, numbers, underscores, dashes and periods only.
