Users: A User Login can be Added so an individual can login to the Repax System. The role of the user can vary, but could be one of the roles as listed below. Once created, they can be used as type-ahead and dropdown lists throughout ResPax booking forms and maintenance screens.
Role Definitions Agent = user with a username and password to book online in ResWeb, OBE and for user mappings for RON OTA's.
Staff = Reservations Users and Tour Maintainers.
Operator = 3rd party access to maintain resources only for tours operated by them.
Crew = Non Reservations staff such as Drivers and guides that need access to Manifests, check-in, boarding, but no access to change bookings and tours.
Public = used for public direct bookings, tied to sites, to display correct RRP prices, and track web bookings.
Groups: Users can also be assigned to a Group. Groups have different permissions that will differ depending on which group the user is assigned to. The Group list comes with 6 Groups by default. Some examples include the below. You can also create your own group list and customized the permissions as you wish.
