Overview
The Guest List allows staff to view and manage information in the Respax Admin portal for guests who have previously registered as a ‘guest’ via the Online Booking Engine (OBE). Some of the information includes personal info, photos/documents that has been uploaded by the guest.

How a Guest Signs up
A Guest from the public is the ONLY person that can sign up and they can do this from the ‘Cart' page or 'Choose a tour’ page (by clicking on the Login Button) from the Online Booking Engine (OBE). Staff cannot signup a guest, staff can only check the information and manage what is currently available in the guest list.
The Guest then has two alternative methods for signing up.
1.) They can select the ‘Sign Up Now’ link or
2.) Sign in with their social account (Google, Microsoft or Facebook).
If the guest selects Option 1 the “Sign Up Now” link they will be asked to fill in the following info
Managing Guest in RBE
When the Guest has signed up, staff will be able to see any of the information from the guest in the Respax Admin portal. From the Main Menu, Click on Guests>Guest List
Click on the Typeahead search to find the guest’s name.
Click on the Pencil Icon to access the guest’s information
The Uploads tab allows staff to open files that guest’s have uploaded and staff can also upload files for the guest as well.
The toggle switch for “User is Protected” will now be enabled by default.
PROTECTED USERS
Only Agent Users that authenticate into the ResPax Operator Network (RON) should be Protected.
To protect the user, select the User is Protected switch.
This will warn any Staff User trying to update this password, that the credentials are used to authenticate the Agent user into RON. The Staff user must unprotect the user before the password can be changed, then the Staff User must inform ResPax which protected Agent User profile has been modified, so the RON authentication can be updated.
To create a Username, turn off the toggle switch, enter the username and then click the Save button.
The Username requires Lowercase letters, numbers, underscores, dashes and periods only.
