When you load your ResWeb URL in a web browser it will automatically open as a public user, and you will then view the pages as customer would see them. At the top right of each page, a Login button is shown, here you can log into the application as a Staff, Agent, or Public User. Different functionality and views are enabled for each User Type. This document takes you through using ResWeb when logged in as Staff.

Instructions

Step-by-step guide to Staff Login.

  1. From ResWeb site, click Login

  2. Enter ResPax credentials as per normal

Bookings

  1. Select Bookings tab to view your bookings

  2. Utilise From Tour Date and/or To Tour Date in your Search

  3. Staff have the option to Download Booking Summary for Passenger Confirmation

  4. Staff can also create a New Booking

Favourite Tours

  1. Select Favourite Tours tab to view your favourite tours

  2. Click on Tour or Book Now to access Tour Information

  3. Click Check availability to Choose Date and create New Booking accordingly

  4. Staff can access the Cart as per normal to complete a booking

  5. Whilst logged in, the initial Login button allows staff to move from My Account (Bookings), to Favourite Tours, and also Logout
