The Tour Categories feature is designed to group Tours together. For example, you may wish to group all day’s tours together, and then in another category group all overnight night tours together. The same tour may be added to more than one category.
Once Tour Categories are configured where will these Grouped Tours appear?
Generate OBE Link: Create a weblink to share with agents or display on your website, specifying which tours should be available by using Tour Categories.
Promo Codes: Apply adjustments or discounts to specific tours by using Tour Categories to generate a list of applicable tours.

Jasper Reports: Tour Categories can be applied for custom reports upon request.
Tour Maintenance: The Tour Categories linked with tours can be viewed in Tour Maintenance, but they are greyed out.
Routes: You can also include Routes in Tour Categories, but these changes must be done via the Routes page.
From the Main Menu, click on Settings >Tour Categories
There are 2 columns available in this page regarding Tour Categories and Tours.

You might see the Confirmation Reports (Display Tickets, Components, Extras) already listed under Tour Categories. However, this feature is generally available only by request and is used for custom reports upon client request.

The tour categories displayed in the first column are sorted by their creation date. The tours displayed in the second column are organized in alphabetical order by Tour Code. Each subheading includes a search filter function, which is particularly useful for navigating a large list of tour categories and tours.

To expand or collapse the list of tours under a tour category, click on the dropdown arrow next to the tour category.
To display the full list of tours or tour categories on one page, click on the dropdown arrow next to Rows per page. For example, if you have 45 tours and you wish to see them all on one page, select 50 Rows per page.
