The Time and Date is are greyed out (cannot be changed). It can only be changed , but can be modified from Tour Maintenance
Staff Expiry and Web Expiry are optional fields and are set to 0 by default.

The User Defined Pax Type Availability section will only be displayed if the tour code has a separate availability specifically configured for the UDF passenger type.
