Instructions to Add Tour Availability

  1. Click the '+' symbol on the date where you want to add availability

  • The'+' symbol next to the tour means there is no current availability set for that date

  • You can only set availability by selecting the '+' symbol for each individual day; to apply availability across a specific date range you can only action this under tour maintenance, click /wiki/spaces/HOWTO/pages/1372749844 to learn how.

  1. Enter the maximum number of passengers for the tour in the 'Max Pax' field, then click Save.

  • The Time and Date is greyed out (cannot be changed). It can only be changed from Tour Maintenance

  • Staff Expiry and Web Expiry are optional fields.

  • Internal Availability Message and Public Availability Message are also optional fields. To learn more about what they mean click /wiki/spaces/HOWTO/pages/1372749844.

  1. The availability for the tour has now been set.

Instructions to Edit Tour Availability

  1. Click on the number next to the image-20240815-053013.png symbol to edit the availability.

When you hover your cursor over the number a popup text will display Change Availability.

  1. To edit the availability, enter the maximum number of passengers in the 'Max Pax' field and any other of the optional fields if required, then click Save.
