The ResPax Quote Form (released March 2023) allows for OBE Agents and Public users to submit a quote request and for a specific tour/activity. RBE Admin users (reservation staff) can then choose to accept, reject or edit the quote, and convert into a Bookingquote. Once a quote has been accepted by the reservation staff they can convert the quote into a Booking so that payment can be made and the booking can be confirmed. Quotes are independent of the Operators inventory. The do not take availability or prices, and can be scheduled for any date and any time and price.
