Promo codes can be used for promotions, packages, or to entice customers to return by offering discounts. Promo codes can be created in Respax as a Manual Promo Code or a Smart Rule Promo and will be applied work in both the RBE and OBE. Meaning staffStaff, agents and public consumers can use these promo’s to receive the discounts/promotionsapply the promo’s.
Manual Promo Codes - A Promo Code would need to be entered manually in the ‘Promo Code' field on the booking page for the discount/promotion to apply.
Smart Rule Promo - When a booking is made that matches a Smart Rule criteria, the Ticket will automatically be updated with the calculated dollar value adjustment, plus the Smart Rule code will be shown in the Smart Rule field in the booking form.
