From the Organisations Menu, select Add New Organisation
Org Details tabAdd StreetAddress and PostalAddress details
Add ABN and website
Add contact details ; phone, and email
Select a country of origin (if the organisation is an agent)
Select a default pickup location if applicable

Select a Sales Rep (if the organisation is an agent)
Select an Agent Category from the drop down list
Select an Agent Type from the drop down list
Add an Organisation Group (this is a free type field, not a drop down list)
Add a Parent Organisation (if the organisation is a branch office or reseller of an agent)
