Content fields are used to personalize the email/SMS body to include passenger and/or booking details. These are key information extracted from existing bookings.
“Passenger details” (1) are represented in “white” while “Booking details” (2) are represented in “blue”.
Please refer to the Content Fields Definition below to know more about what each of the content fields mean.
Instructions
To use the “Content Fields”, place your cursor where you want the field to be inserted in the email/SMS body. Simply click on any content button. Below is a sample email with a few content fields used.
Remember to add spaces, commas, hashtags and periods wherever you need them to be to ensure the message is correctly formatted (hint: add a space before each inserted field).
