Overview

Guest Connect is a communication feature that is designed to send out SMS or Email messages to your Guests. There are a few different ways to use this feature.

The Main Features are

  1. Send Comms - Send one-off Emails or SMS to guest(s)

  2. Templates - Create and save Email and SMS templates. Useful to send out bulk communications to guests

  3. Scheduler - Templates can be scheduled to automatically send to guests by setting specific parameters

  4. Comms Log - Check, list, preview and resend previous SMS and emails that were manually sent or trigger by an application event

  5. Schedule Log - The Schedule Log records a history of the Schedulers executed by the system for both email and SMS

  6. Lookup Senders - Create and save the list of authorised email addresses (and names) that can be used as a SENDER for manual and scheduled tasks

  7. Content Fields - Customize email and SMS content by including booking and passenger details. They can be used for creating templates or sending one-off notifications.
