Lookups (Senders)

Overview

Lookup Senders enables you to create and save the list of authorised email addresses (and names) that can be used as a SENDER for manual and scheduled tasks. This ensures the correct email address and reply-to email address are used. This function is NOT available for SMS.

It is recommended that an IT staff member from the operator configures the email addresses to be used. Reply-to addresses are not something that the common user in Reservations would know, although they are the primary user sending emails.

Instructions

  1. From the Main Menu Click on Guests > Connect. Navigate to Lookups and click on the Senders tab.

  1. The Senders tab shows the email account details used in the From field in Send Comms and Templates.

  1. To add a sender account, click on the Add Sender button

  1. The Name, Email Address and Email Reply To are all required fields. Once filled out, select the Save Button to continue.

  1. The New Sender details will populate in the list below.

  1. In the Send Comms Tab or Templates Tab, click the +Add button located next to the From field.

  1. Select the Sender Email and it will autofill the From field
