Overview

Gift Certificates can be purchased and redeemed in the RBE by Reservation staff. When a consumer phones the client to help them purchase a Gift Certificate, Reservation staff can follow the steps below.

Gift Certificates must be configured before they can be purchased and redeemed. Click here to learn how.

Instructions

  1. Click on Bookings > Add Booking

  1. Once the Booking Details section is filled out, and a Tour is added
