Instructions

  1. Enable the tour(s) to ‘Sell Gift Certificates’ - From the main menu click on Tours > Tour Maintenance > Advanced

  1. Turn on the toggle switch to enable the tour to be purchased and redeemed as a gift.

Note: The expiry date for the gift is set to 36 months by default but can be changed anytime.

  1. Set the Terms and Conditions for the organisation (owner) that is linked to the tour - Click on Settings > Organisations and open the organisation

  1. Click on the Advanced Tab and fill out the Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions. Click on the Save button.

  1. Setup is now complete. Click here to learn how to purchase a gift certificate online (OBE)
