Signup to ResPax Service Desk

Use our step by step easy guide to signing up to the ResPax Service Desk portal

  1. Please initiate contact with the ResPax Service Desk Team for your access to Portal to be enabled. A username and password will then be sent to your email address.

  2. Click on the link provided via the email https://respax.sugarondemand.com/portal/

  3. You may proceed to log-in with your email address and the temporary password provided.
    We also recommend to change the temporary password assigned to you - See Changing Password section at the end of this document

  4. Enter your email address and password.

  5. You will be required to accept the browser cookies, and select continue

  6. When logged in, you can create a new case, view Open cases, or view Closed Cases, and search for Knowledge base articles.

Changing your password

  1. Click on Forgot password even to change your password

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. An email will be sent to your appointed email address. Please click on the link.

  4. Enter your preferred password.
