Overview

The Bookings Tab allows you to:

  • Open and Edit Existing Bookings

  • Open and Edit Quotes that are associated with bookings

  • Open and Review Gift Certificates that are associated with bookings

  • Create New Booking

Navigating Bookings

  1. From the Main Menu, click on Bookings.

  1. Click on the Pencil Icon to open any of the exisiting bookings.

  • Use the Search Field to find a booking by typing in the Booking Number or Pax Name

The Pax Name can only be filtered by the first name and not the surname

 

  • The Booking Status will indicate whether the booking is Tentative or Confirmed.

  • To include Canceled Booking's turn on the toggle switch that says Included Cancelled (by default this is turned off)

  • To see what booking’s only you have made turn on the toggle switch that says My Bookings Only

  • To see where the booking’s were created click in the field where it says All Apps which will create a drop down to choose from the list.

  • To filter the status of the bookings, click in the All Statuses field and select accordingly, the booking status will then update according to the one you choose.

  • Use the Advanced Search to filter the specific tour date and booking dates

 

 

Quotes

  1. This is the outlay of the Quotes Page

  • Click in the Search Field to find a quote by Quote No / Contact Name / Agent

  • Click on any of the subheadings and it will arrange the specific column in chronological order

  • Click on the Pencil Icon to open any of the exisiting Quotes

  • You can then edit the quote if you wish and then proceed to the Review Quote Button

 

  • Review the changes that you have made and then click on Save Changes or select the Back Button if you wish to go back to the previous page.

 

  • Click on the +Convert to Booking Button if you wish to…..

 

 

Gift Certificates

  1. The Gift Certificates Tab is for viewing purposes only. You can click to open the exisiting certificates to review and you can use the search functionalities to help find a specific certificate.
