Use our step by step easy guide to signing up to the ResPax Service Desk portal
Browse to https://respax.sugarondemand.com/portal/
Select the Sign Up button from the Login Page
Complete the Signup fields and select Sign Up
Password requirements are as follows
After signing Up, ResPax staff will associate your email address to your ResPax Business Account
After you have received a confirmation from ResPax that your email address has been associated to your ResPax Account, you can login
You will be required to accept the browser cookies, and select continue
When logged in, you can create a new case, view Open cases, or view Closed Cases, and search for Knowledge base articles (in progress).
