Overview
Gift Certificates can be purchased and redeemed in the RBE by Reservation staff. When a consumer phones the client to help them purchase a Gift Certificate, Reservation staff can follow the steps below.

Instructions
Click on Bookings > Add Booking
Once the Booking Details section is filled out, and a Tour is added turn on the Buy as Gift toggle switch.

Under the Tour Details the Gift Expiry Date will display and cannot be changed unless you configure the settings under the tour maintenance. Click here to learn how.
Enter the Purchaser Details.
First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone No. are required fields.
Enter the Gift Recipient Details
Note
If you do not wish to send the Gift Certificate immediately, then please enter your own email address. The Gift Certificate will be emailed to this Recipients email address once payment has been made.
Enter a customised message to the recipient (optional).
Review the Gift summary and then select the Save and Proceed button.
Click on the +Add Payment button to confirm payment for the gift.
Fill out the payment details and select Save to continue. To learn more about payment details in the booking page click here.
The consumer will then receive an email advising that the gift certificate is purchased with a Gift Certificate Number as a reference.
The recipient will receive an email with a Gift Code that they will need to use to Redeem the gift.
Reservation staff can view the exisiting Gift Certificates that have been purchased in RBE at anytime. Click here to learn how
