Overview
Gift Certificates can be purchased and redeemed in the RBE by Reservation staff. When a consumer phones the client to help them purchase a Gift Certificate, Reservation staff can follow the steps below.

Instructions
Click on Bookings > Add Booking
Once the Booking Details section is filled out, and a Tour is added turn on the Buy as Gift toggle switch.

Under the Tour Details the Gift Expiry Date will display and cannot be changed unless you configure the settings. Click here to learn how.
