The Tour Categories feature is designed allows you to group Tours togetherefficiently group tours based on shared characteristics. For example, you may wish to group all day’s tours together, and then in another category group all overnight night tours together. The same tour may be added to more than one category.

Once Tour Categories are configured where will these Grouped Tours appear?

After Tour Categories are configured, the Grouped Tours will appear in the specified locations:

  • Routes: You can also include Routes in Tour Categories, but these changes must be done via the Routes page.

You might see the The Confirmation Reports (Display Tickets, Components, Extras) already listed under Tour Categories. However, this feature is generally available only by request and is used are built-in Tour Categories that can be utilized for custom reports upon client request.
