ResPax offers and supports an interface to the Merchant Gateway SecurePay which offers a secure payment solution for your customers. The SecurePay interface is available in the ResPax Enterprise Application and for on line Bookings.

You need sign up with SecurePay and once your application is approved you will need to send to us the details they send you confirming your membership to enter those details into your Database to enable the Payment Gateway so you can process secure Credit Card payments in ResPax Enterprise and ResWeb+. Instructions to configure the SecurePay Credit Card Payment Options is available in the Merchant Accounts document mentioned below.
No additional configuration is required to in ResPax Enterprise to enable SecurePay Payments, however the option to process refunds via SecurePay must be actioned by ResPax Support. Also ensure the Maintenance Menu Option CC Charges is added so Credit Card Payments may be viewed and managed, refer to the Credit Card Transactions Menu document mentioned below.
