SecurePay Payment Gateway

ResPax offers and supports an interface to the Merchant Gateway SecurePay which offers a secure payment solution for your customers. The SecurePay interface is available in the ResPax Enterprise (Desktop Application) and for online Bookings.


SecurePay Application 

The link below provides a SecurePay Payment Gateway application with ResPax details so they will know are a ResPax client.   Their pricing and terms and conditions are explained during this process.  Any queries regarding these points should be made directly to SecurePay. 


  1. Click on the following Link https://securepay.com.au/sign-up/?referrerid=RSX to sign up and lodge an application with SecurePay. 
  2. Once SecurePay have approved your application they will send you a confirmation that it has been approved and will send the details of your account.
  3. You will then need to login to the SecurePay Portal (see below) and find the following information to forward to Respax so we can update it in your database: Merchant Code, Client Id & Client Secret.

NOTE: You only need to forward the Merchant Code, Client ID and Client Secret information from the "Start Trading" section on the SecurePay Portal. Respax does not configure the Sandbox Credentials Section or Apple Pay (for any queries about this please consult SecurePay). 



ResPax Configuration

Your ResPax Desktop and Online Databases must be updated to enable the Payment Gateway.  

In (RBE) Respax Admin Portal there is a menu option to add these details so you can process secure Credit Card payments for you public online booking form - Refer to this link to for instructions Payment Options - how to - Confluence (atlassian.net)

In ResPax Enterprise (Desktop Application) ResPax Support must update your database to process Credit Card Payments and Refunds.  

Ensure that the Maintenance Menu Option CC Charges is added for required Users so Credit Card Payments may be viewed and managed.

If Credit Card Surcharges are to be charged these need to be configured in ResPax Enterprise (Desktop Application) and in ResWeb - Refer to this link for instructions  /wiki/spaces/R4AN/pages/1176066939

In RBE Credit Card Surcharges can be configured in Tools > Financials > Financial Settings. Click on the name 'SecurePay' and amend the Fee if required.
