Create and save Email and SMS templates. Useful to send out bulk communications to guests.
Tips
The template feature is also useful for scheduling templates to send out automatically to guests based on certain parameters that you choose. To learn more about scheduling click here
Instructions
Navigate to the Templates Tab
Select the Add Template button
Fill out the Template Name, Subject and Body Content field as these are required fields. You can also decide whether you want this template sent out as an Email or SMS. In the example below we have created a template that uses content fields. If you wish to learn more about content fields please visit the Send Comms Documentation. Click on the Save button to Continue.
You should now see your template on the Templates page.
Note: You can select the pencil icon to edit the template or select the trash icon to delete the template.
