  1. From the Main Menu click on Settings > Promo Codes

  1. Click on the +Add Promo Code button

  1. From the Promo Details tab fill out the details.

Code = Promo Code (required field)

Name = Promo Name (required field)

Description = Describe what this promo is and what it includes (required field)

Web Comment = Any comments you wish to add can be entered here and will appear on the OBE in the booking price under ‘adjustments’ once the promo has been applied.

On the OBE booking page, once the promo code has been applied, click on the (info) Symbol next to Adjustments to expand the Details of the promocode (Promo Name, Description and ‘Web Comments’ will appear here.

Terms and Conditions = The Terms and Conditions specific to the Promo Code can be entered here.

Where does this show on the OBE and RBE?

Order = If you have smart rules with identical criteria but different actions, the rule with the lowest number set up in "Order" will be activated first.

Click Enable or Disable Date Check.

If the Promo Code has no start or end date select the Disable Date check.

If the Promo Code is to apply for a limited time only, select the dates accordingly.

Note:

  • If the Disable Date check is not enabled then you must select the dates. A popup orange toastr message will appear informing that the dates cannot be empty to proceed.

  • If the date check is disabled, then the calendar pickers will be disabled

The Enabled switch turns on the promo for staff use only in the RBE

The Web Enabled switch turns on the promo for consumers and agents to use on the OBE

The Smart Rule switch is when the Promo code is not entered manually, this is only for smart rule promo’s and this is where a smart criteria will need to be met.

  1. Click on the Rules tab to define the criteria and actions for the Promo Code.
