Routes

Creating a Route is explained in this document. Route Stops are a Place and a Time where multiple locations are grouped to. Route Stop Locations and Times are configured here. A Route once configured can then be added to multiple Tours.

Add Route

Step-by-step guide to adding a new Route.

1. From Tours menu, select Routes.

2. Click Add New Route.

3. Enter Code.

4. Enter Name.

5. Select Enabled, Free Sell, Operated By, Owned By and Category accordingly.

6. Click Save.

Open

Route Times

Add Route Time

1. Click Add Time

2. Enter Time in 24hr format.

3. Enable Enabled and Default accordingly

4. Click Save

Open

Edit Route Time

1. Click on the Edit icon in the first column of the Route Times table.

2. Change the Time and/or Enabled status and/or Default status.

3. Click the Save button.

Delete Route Time

1. Click on the Trash icon in the last column of the Route Times table.

2. Click the Delete button in the popover to confirm the delete.

Route Stops

Add Stop

1. Click Add Stop

2. Enter Stop Name, Pickup and Dropoff Increment,

3. Click Save

Assign Location to Route Stop

Drag and drop a Location from the right column to the left column under the applicable Stop

Assign a default Location

Click the Edit icon on the location to set the location as a default. This will place the location at the top of the Pickup List

Assign a TBA (to be advised) Location

Click the Edit icon on the location to set the location as TBA (to be advised). This will place the location at the top of the Pickup List below any defaults.

Order Route Stop Locations

Route Stop Locations ordering is easy and can be configured in any order you desire, as shown below.
